Who is your trainer?

Josh Christopher is a certified fitness trainer with fitness industry leaders ISSA and NASM as well as a licensed Medical and Swedish massage therapist.  Josh has been living and teaching a life of fitness for over a decade and continues to push the limits of his self and his clients.  He trains clients of all ages, levels, and from all fitness backgrounds, as well as those with injuries, physical challenges, and other special conditions. Josh has expertise in weight training, flexibility training, power training, bootcamp instruction, class instruction as well as diet, and nutritional supplementation. He pays special attention to training form and program design in order to maximize results and avoid injury.  He continues to further his own education in the field of fitness evolution. For the safety and well-being of his clients, he is cpr/aed and first aid certified.

Josh is living proof that physical fitness is more than a gym membership – it is a lifestyle commitment. His own physical transformation came at age 20 after years of poor eating habits, inactivity, and lack of fitness knowledge. He was 70 lbs. overweight, his self esteem hit rock bottom and he was ready for a change. Once he adopted a fitness mindset and lifestyle, he transformed his body and outlook on life and became the person he had always wanted to be inside and out. His personal success and continuing dedication to health and fitness has inspired him to help others meet and exceed their fitness goals.
